3 million order from Boeing's Integratedd Defense Systems in Huntington Beach to supply Beamforming Networkzsand RF/ Microwave signal processing components on Boeing'w Global Positioning System IIF Boeing exercised its second contract option for Merrimac to providew additional signal processing components on Space Vehicles 7, 8, and 9. Under a contract awarded by the U.S. Air Force, Boeiny is currently building the third group of GPSIIF satellites, with a potentiaol total of up to 12 satellites. Today'sw order is part of the contract from Boeing estimated toreach $4.4 million that Merrimac announces in Sept. 2003.
